Upon first logging in to TruForge, the options and gameplay may seem a little overwhelming and hard to completely take in. While you can /warp rules at any time, this is a much better place for information!
For those who need more help:
Our server is a Factions server.
We run the plugin "Factions." This gives you the ability to make a faction (which is a clan/guild). Factions can claim land, and if a faction owns land, other people can not build/break on it, nor can they open/close the doors. Much of the gameplay revolves around breaking into another faction's base (if you can find a weakness!) and "raiding" their loot. Pressure plates, button, and levers can be used by non-members, so be careful how you place things. There is absolutely no chest protection -- including blocks over chests. When we say "hardcore," we mean it. Get out there and kill and steal!
We use this plugin for non-combat leveling. This gives you bonuses on the mundane things like mining and excavating, giving you levels and the ability to use skills like instant-break for a period of time.
After much testing with several RPG Plugins, from Heroes to others, we settled on the best -- AncientRPG. It may not be the most common but it's by far the most indepth and customizable, and also is compatible with all our other essential plugins! ARPG gives you the unique ability to choose both a Race (Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Light, or Dark) and a Class (Archer, Guard, Knight, Mage, Cleric, Assassin). Each Race and Class has unique abilites, spells, and strengths, and you get to mix and match them to get your favorite combination! You start on TruForge as a Knight without a Race, but a few simple commands and you can be customizing your unique TruForge warrior!

At spawn, there are 4 main server shops with Icons above them. The PvP Shop has a sword, the Blocks Shop has a "B", the Farming/Food Shop has an apple, and the Item/Tools Shop has an "I". There are also warp signs right at spawn to access the VIP Shop and Elite Rare Shop. Entirely surrounding spawn are shops operated by donors, buying and selling to the public at whatever price they want! Use /econ to see your current balance, and /econ help to get the rest of the economy commands.
Additional Information
We are a hardcore server. It's best to be friendly, but it's a kill-or-be-killed world out there. Deal with it. You'll be raided. Don't cry. You'll be killed. Don't cry. Build your bases well, and defend them even better. People can open your chests and furnaces. Sure, you can hide or bury your chests to get around this, but bottom line: it's hardcore!

- /f create <faction name> - this is how you create a new faction! if you can't find a current faction to join, make your own -- it will help you at least establish a base of operations as you start your TruForge adventure! you can always leave and join another faction later.
- /f desc <description> - this sets your faction's description. you can write whatever you want.
- /f pow - this is how you view your "power." every 1 power you have adds 1 chunk of land (16x16 blocks, bedrock to sky) that your faction can claim. you have a maximum of 10 power, and a minimum of -10. dying takes away 4 power. being inactive for 24 hours takes away 1 power. you regenerate 1 power every 5 minutes you are online.
- /f invite <player name> - this invites the player to your faction. every additional player adds a potential 10 power to your faction.
- /f join <faction name> - this joins a faction or accepts an invitation.
- /f sethome - this sets a faction home. it is the only "home" option non-donors will have, so make sure to set it or you'll need to find your base all over again!
- /f home - this warps you to your faction's home. =]
- /f leave - leaves your current faction
- /f tag <new name for your faction> - re-name your faction
- to round off "factions:" only faction mods can claim land or invite new members. set with /f mod <player>. /f kick <player>. /f claim to claim land. /f unclaim to release land. /f admin <player> to change admin of faction. for any additional faction help, /f help <1-9>

- /mcstats - this lists the McMMO skills and their levels. Keep in mind all combat is disabled, as combat is covered by another plugin.
- /<skill name> - specific information on this particular skill's level and bonuses with leveling.
- /mctop <skill name> - view the top 10 players in the server in this skill.
- /whois <player> - view a specific player's 7 skills.
- for any additional McMMO help, goto [url]mcmmo.wikia.com[/url]. just keep in mind that TruForge only uses the 7 skills listed when you type /stats ingame.
- /mcstats - this lists the McMMO skills and their levels. Keep in mind all combat is disabled, as combat is covered by another plugin.

It's a grinding-free RPG experience! Pick your Race and Class without worrying about levels holding you back! It works the same basic way as other RPG Plugins like Heroes, but much smoother!
Race spells cost nothing to cast, but can have lengthy cooldowns. Class spells cost Mana -- but on TruForge, Mana is represented by Enderpearls, which are relatively cheap and available right in the first building at spawn!
The Links above (to Races and Classes) have all the commands you need to know for ARPG! Incase you have any trouble remembering, you can always use /class help ingame which will tell you all the commands.

- The standard of the TruForge Economy is the Emerald (E). You start the server with 1.00 E, which is actually a decent amount of money (despite only being "1"). Check around the server shops at start -- you could buy yourself some building materials, stone weapons, a stone tool set, and a set of leather armor and still have some E to spare. It should help you get started.
- Whenever a player kills you, they get 75% of the money in your /econ balance!So players aren't running around with hundreds of Emeralds on them, they can use the Emerald Exchange at spawn and turn their balance into Emeralds that they can store in their base. You can sell the Emeralds back to your balance when you want to make purchases at spawn.

Additional Information
We are a hardcore server. It's best to be friendly, but it's a kill-or-be-killed world out there. Deal with it. You'll be raided. Don't cry. You'll be killed. Don't cry. Build your bases well, and defend them even better. People can open your chests and furnaces. Sure, you can hide or bury your chests to get around this, but bottom line: it's hardcore!
- Chainmail can be crafted (and repaired in McMMO)! (use iron bars/iron fence; item ID 101)
- Mods and Admins cannot deceive you. You can trust them. Mods have the right to play regularly and do not have access to any commands that will give them an edge. They are here to help you!
- Feel free to kill Admins any chance you get. We might drop good loot. If you get something you really can't have, we'll take it back, but overall, we play by the same standards you do -- it's hardcore and if you kill us, too damned bad for us.
- Donating information is here. It includes access to VIP Shop, Elite Rare Shop, your own shop plot, additional commands/features, ingame money, extra McMMO experience, and upcoming: Races/Classes just for Donors!
- /pvp and /pvp top for leaderboard information!
- world border is -3000 to 3000
- PvP kills will reward the killer 75% of the slain's balance
- Combat Tag is on! those PvP Loggers will die!
